Shipping and returns.

Delivery is included from$250 in merchandise value before the letter saving. Below that amount, a kit with a window robot has a$12 delivery charge, while a replacement-only order has a$5 charge.

The10% letter saving is applied to merchandise; delivery is calculated separately. The final review shows the total before the selection is recorded.

For a return enquiry, email support@windowreach.shop with the reference and product name before sending equipment. Keep the packaging, pads and instructions together while the enquiry is reviewed.

If an item appears damaged or the pad family differs from the selection, do not fit or operate it until the issue is addressed. Use only a confirmed return address.
